Youth Engage! provides a safe and comfortable platform for teenagers to engage with experts and community leaders about current health topics. Student panelists representing several CPS schools asked an expert panel from CCHMC several questions about COVID-19 and the vaccine.
The students were also invited to submit a video for the Cincinnati Children’s COVID-19 Youth Challenge. Over 40 videos were submitted, with each featuring ways youth could take care of themselves during COVID.
Students heard from local medical professionals, coaches, student athletes, and special guest Jessie Bates from the Cincinnati Bengals.
